Speed & Agility Camps For All Sports

Don’t miss this outstanding opportunity to enhance running performance, sprint technique, speed and agility. Every session is devoted to transforming the way the athletes move. One of the greatest myths is that you are born with speed and it cannot be developed. On the contrary, speed is a skill in which all athletes can improve on. The speed development system in this camp is a progression of learning. Much like a lesson plan in school, this camp is a step by step approach on how to permanently improve speed and technique. This camp is open to any and all athletes who wish to attend.

Each camp is specifically designed to help athletes from all sports.  With the small group training, I personalize each camp to the sports involved.
 
Sprinters – Get ready for your indoor and outdoor seasons.  We will work starts, acceleration and max velocity mechanics.  Great opportunity to drop significant time
Distance Runners – a great deal of focus will be on mechanics and efficiency.  Also, proper mechanics are the key to injury prevention
Baseball players – drop your 60yd time significantly with proper technique and race modeling.  Also, proper start and accelerations to be faster around the base pads
Football players – speed is the name of the game.  Drop your 40yd time and be faster out on the field
Soccer, Lacrosse, Basketball etc – each athlete is specifically instructed to help their own personal mechanical issues on the field.  Each athlete will learn how they can maximize their speed and performance.
 
No matter who you are, how fast or slow, EVERYONE can get faster!
